KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overseeing a quality program that controls, documents, and ensures that work complies with the requirements of the project
• Implementing plans and procedures needed to ensure adequate control and assurance of quality for materials, equipment, coordination, workmanship, fabrication, and operations
• Organizing and submitting Daily Quality Reports to Engineers
• Overseeing all pre-functional checks, inspections, and tests required for the project
• Managing the submission process of drawings, reports, manuals, etc.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of quality related experience in the construction industry
• Must be approved as an NYTA Quality Manager
• ASQ certification (i.e., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE) as recognized by the American Society for Quality or certified ISO-9000 Lead Auditor as recognized by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board
• Membership with the ASQ or other recognized national quality-focused organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Must be motivated, independent, and self-sufficient with the ability to receive a project and see it through with minimal supervision
• Must be well organized, a good communicator, and able to effectively prioritize tasks
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to travel to worksites
• Authorized to work in the US

• Ordering office supplies, including furniture, and ensuring proper distribution and placement
• Attending meetings and accurately taking minutes
• Preparing reports, memos, and presentations as well as assisting with special projects as needed

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and prior paralegal experience strongly preferred

CAD Designer

• Developing, producing, altering, and/or detailing digital MEP designs from contract designs and/or new designs by internal staff
• Working with the project teams to create drawings for approval and use by field staff to ensure maximum understanding and productivity of the work to be installed
• Collaborating with the project teams on work for agencies such as NYC Transit Authority, Port Authority of NY and NJ, and NY Department of Environmental Protection

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience creating drawings and working with AutoCAD and MicroStation. BIM experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as Design Software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Has completed or is willing to complete the 7-hour NYC – Department of Buildings Site Safety Manager Orientation course and 30-hour OSHA course
