Paul is the CEO and founder of Paul J. Scariano, Inc. (1996), PJS Electric, Inc. (1998), and is the CEO of DeBoe Construction Corp.
Paul holds a B. S. in Civil Engineering from the Manhattan College School of Engineering (1994). He volunteers a good deal of his time by assisting several nonprofit schools with their respective facility-related matters.
Paul believes that ethics, safety, open communication, and common courtesy are just as important to building something as knowing how to build it.
Dominic Parisi, PE
Chief Operating Officer
Dominic is a NYS licensed Professional Engineer and a graduate of Manhattan College’s School of Engineering with a B.S. in Civil Engineering (1994). He is the COO of Paul J. Scariano, Inc., PJS Electric, Inc., and DeBoe Construction Corp. Dominic joined the PJS Group of companies in 1997.
Dominic believes proper planning, attention to details, and transparency with the owner produces a great final project. He also believes that one's reputation and quality of work are just as important to a job as profitability.
Maria Parisi Guski, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Maria is a NYS Certified Public Accountant with a B. A. degree in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems from Pace University. She has over 25 years experience specializing in construction accounting, in both the public and private sectors. Maria is the CFO of the PJS Group of companies and has been with PJS since 2011.
Maria works towards maximum efficiency and leads our financial division with integrity and a keen eye on accuracy and profitability.

VP – Information Systems
Joe joined PJS in September 2002. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. Joe joined PJS after working with Mack Trucks and Eagle Electric on both the Operations and Administrative sides.
Joe’s focus is to help drive the success of the organization by ensuring that our information systems are current and efficient in order for our associates to best achieve their goals.

Mark joined PJS Group in May 2020. He holds a B.A in Economics and an M.B.A. - both from Rutgers University. Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in operational finance, analysis, strategic initiatives, accounting, treasury, and general management - across a broad industry spectrum.
His multi-faceted role focusing on managing a variety of operational and administrative matters is vital for PJS's success and corporate governance.
