PJS Group is seeking a Project Manager to join our innovative team of professionals. We are a general and electrical construction contractor specializing in transportation infrastructure systems as well as heavy-highway, utility, bridge, and building construction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overseeing the total project life cycle including, but not limited to, planning, budgeting, scheduling, customer interaction, and inter PJS reporting and coordination
• Managing project submittal, RFI, change order, and payment processes
• Managing vendors and sub-contractors
• Providing concise project reporting and accountability

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• B.S. in Civil Engineering; Advanced Degree, PE, or PM license preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of construction Project Management experience with responsibility for managing large or complex projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of Project Scheduling Software, Procore, Vista, AutoCAD, and MicroStation a plus
• Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient when tasked with a project
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to travel to worksites
• Authorized to work in the US

Superintendent

We are a general and electrical construction contractor specializing in transportation infrastructure systems as well as heavy-highway, utility, bridge, and building construction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinating work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work
• Obtaining and arranging supplies of material and equipment necessary for the project
• Maintaining complete and accurate records and preparing reports
• Managing sub-contractors

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BS in Civil Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with responsibility for managing large or complex projects
• Must have OSHA certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as Scheduling software
• Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient when tasked with a project
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to travel to worksites and perform necessary manual tasks as required
• Authorized to work in the US
