KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervising a team of individuals including Project Managers, Superintendents, and various other construction management support staff
• Overseeing the full life cycle of a project
• Providing direction and making timely, effective decisions to deliver projects successfully
• Managing the budget, schedule, and compliance responsibilities for projects
• Assisting with developing new business opportunities through exceptional project execution
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• B.S. in Construction Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in management of construction projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as Project Management systems
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient when tasked with a project
• Ability to build positive and sustainable relationships with peers, subordinates, and vendors
• Bi-lingual in Spanish strongly preferred
