PJS Group is seeking an Assistant to VP, Finance to join our innovative team of professionals. We are a general and electrical construction contractor specializing in transportation infrastructure systems as well as heavy-highway, utility, bridge, and building construction. • Acting as the main point of contact for the Executive for both internal and external clients
• Receiving calls, managing messages and emails, routing correspondence, and following up when necessary
• Assisting with credit card reconciliations
• Administering insurance for subcontractors and agencies
• Assisting with special departmental projects as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel Skills
• Knowledge of Timberline and/or Viewpoint a plus
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to timely follow through on tasks
• Must be able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and an effective team player
