PJS Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our innovative team of professionals. • Acting as the main point of contact for the Executive for both internal and external clients
• Receiving calls, managing messages and emails, routing correspondence, and following up when necessary
• Coordinating work assignments and deadlines
• Attending meetings and accurately taking minutes
• Preparing reports, memos, and presentations as well as assisting with special projects as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced technical proficiency, specifically in Word and Excel
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to timely follow through on tasks
• Must be able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and an effective team player
