PJS Group is seeking a Payroll Finance Administrator to join our innovative team of professionals. We are a general and electrical construction contractor specializing in transportation infrastructure systems as well as heavy-highway, utility, bridge, and building construction. • Processing weekly company payrolls
• Preparing union reports and certified payrolls on a weekly basis
• Creating monthly utilization reports
• Assisting with special departmental projects as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel Skills
• Knowledge of Timberline and/or Viewpoint a plus
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to timely follow through on tasks
• Must be able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and an effective team player
