Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Project Managers of Paul J. Scariano, Inc., and with the support of current administrative and field personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one or more projects concurrently, depending on the complexity of the projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with the Project Team to provide the knowledge, skills, and experience required to manage the day-to-day field operations on the assigned site, including work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work.
- Obtaining and arranging supplies of material and equipment necessary for the project
- Maintaining complete and accurate records and preparing reports
- Managing sub-contractors
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Construction-related B.S. degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with responsibility for managing large or complex projects
- Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient when tasked with a project
- Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as Scheduling software a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel to worksites and perform necessary manual tasks as required
