KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing, producing, altering, and/or detailing digital MEP designs from contract designs and/or new designs by internal staff
• Working with the project teams to create drawings for approval and use by field staff to ensure maximum understanding and productivity of the work to be installed
• Collaborating with the project teams on work for agencies such as NYC Transit Authority, Port Authority of NY and NJ, and NY Department of Environmental Protection
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience creating drawings and working with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and BIM.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as Design Software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Motivation with the ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to travel to worksites
